International Music Day

Pollença is known for the fabulous festivals that are run during the year and in June another one is coming along to get us all out partying. On June 21st it’s International Music Day and this year Pollença is joining in with this global cultural event for the first time by organising a series of free music events.

Lots of different music styles come together in the squares and streets of the town that will feature emerging groups and performers alongside well known bands from the Balearics. On June 21st there will be over 20 simultaneous performances that will include pop, reggae, flamenco, swing and classical music, filling the streets with their sounds all day long.

There are also performances on the 18-20th June that includes the Pollença Music School on Monday 20th on Plaça Vella. More information can be found here.
