Binimaimo a wine treat

It never ceases to amaze me the quality of the Mallorquin produce and the people who are the inspiration for them. We had another experience last Wednesday with our friends Phil and Carolyn who had arranged to take us to a vineyard that I must admit I had never heard of.

So late afternoon we headed off to Binimaimo to meet Michiel and Juliette, the wonderful people who are returning a part of the Ca’n Eixartell to its former glory with a magnificent new vineyard. We had a wonderful afternoon enjoying some excellent wine, great conversation and left with a boot full of wine.
