Miquel had to be the first person to feature because if it wasn’t for him we probably wouldn’t be here in Pollença living in the beautiful home he and his amazing team created for us. From the very first time we met Miquel we knew that this was the person who would be able to help us achieve our dream of living here.

Over the years LF91 have been responsible for bringing back to life many neglected properties in Pollenca and for building stunning new ones in and around the north of the island. The team of architects, designers and craftsman really do understand the type of home you want to create and in our case took our own vision and elevated it to an outstanding final result.

LF91 took the stress out of the process, they navigated the complexities of the Town Hall, swerved the challenges of a pandemic and somehow managed to complete the renovations so we could enjoy Christmas in our new home. It’s all about trusting the people who initially you barely know to look after what is in many cases your biggest financial asset in life and to build you not just a house but a home. Over the many months Miquel and his team have become good friends and have played a big part in helping us make Pollenca our home.

We can honestly say we never doubted our decision to work with LF91 and their professional approach, commitment and genuine passion for our project shone through in every meeting, conversation or WhatsApp message. Thanks to Miquel we proudly call this our home… not just because we have a beautiful house but because the people we have encountered have made it that way… thank you Miquel, Olivia, Toni, Jaume and the many other people who really did make a dream come true.
